General Director Consul of Vietnam visits Khammuan

(KPL) The Governor of Khammuan province Mr Khambai Damlat and his delegation last week welcomed Mr Nguyen Vanh Her, General Director Consul of Vietnam and his delegation when they made an official visit to Savannakhet province.
The purpose of this visit is to jointly celebrate the Lao National’s Day on 2 December and this date will mark the thirty third anniversary of the foundation of Lao PDR (2/12/1975-2/12/08).
Mr Khambai thanked the Consul of Vietnam for his visit and work in Khammuan province and he reported to him on the implementation of the socio-economic plan and the businesses of Vietnamese businessmen in Khammuan province. .
Mr Khambai highly valued the special relationship and mutual cooperation between Laos and Vietnam, especially the cooperation between the two friendly provinces, Khammuan and Quang Binh.
