Vice President receives UNI-Asia and Pacific delegation
(KPL) Mr. Bounnhang Vorachit, Vice President of the Lao PDR received at his office in Vientiane on July 21 a courtesy visit of Mr. 
Christopher Ng, Secretary of UNI-Asia & Pacific Region.
Mr. Christopher Ng and his delegation arrived Vientiane on 21 July for three day working visit to Laos as a guest of Lao Federation of Trade Union.
UNI asia and pacific region is the Global Union for skills and services. It represents 172 trade unions and 2,330,730 workers.
At the talks, Mt. Bounnhang praised and highly valued the visit to Laos of Mr. Christopher Ng as a big contribution to further strengthen the friendship relation and co-operation between Laos and the UNI asia and pacific region. Mr. Bounnhang Vorachit also expressed thanks to the UNI asia and pacific region for its support and assistance to the Lao Federation of Trade Union during the past and present time.
On this occasion, Mr. Christopher Ng expressed thanks to Mr. Bounnhang Vorachit for his warm welcome and confirmed that he would do his utmost to enhance the relation and co-operation between Laos and UNI asia and pacific region.
