Cuban and Mongolian Ambassadors bid farewell to NA President
(KPL) Cuban and Mongolian Ambassadors Ms Ivonne Surarez Roche and Mr. Togtokha Baya Batbaatar, on 16 July, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, President of the National Assembly of the Lao PDR, to bid farewell at the end of thier 
diplomatic mission in Laos.
During the meeting, Mr. Thongsing Thammavong congratulated the both diplomats in their contributing to the stepping up of relations and co-operation between the Lao PDR and their respective countries.
He also reaffirmed that the relations between Laos- Cuba and Mongolia existed for a long time. At present, these relations are being progressively upgraded and developed.
Mr. Thongsing Thammavong also wished his Cuban and Mongolian guests good success in fulfilling their new mission and a good trip home.
The outgoing ambassadors thanked Mr. Thongsing Thammavong and Lao officials at all levels for providing support and facilities which helped them to successfully fufil their diplomatic duty in Laos.
They also reaffirmed their continuing support for the strong relations and co-operation between their countries and the Lao PDR.
