Lao President congratulates Belgium King

(KPL) Mr. Choummaly Sayasone, President of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic has sent a congratulatory telegram to King Albert II of the Belgium.

The telegram reads:

“ On the occasion of the national day of the Kingdom of Belgium, I would like to express, on behalf of the Lao People and on my own behalf, my warmest congratulations and best wishes of well-being and happiness to Your Majesty and of prosperity to the Belgium people.
