NA’s delegation back from Russia

(KPL) Mr. Thongsing Thammavong, President of the National Assembly of the Lao PDR and his delegation arrived home on 14 July ending an official visit to the Russian Federation between 5-12 July.

The main objective of the visit to Russian Federation of NA delegation was aimed to further strengthening the friendship relations and co-operation between Lao PDR and the Russian Federation.

While in Russian Federation, the NA delegation has a working session with its Russia counterpart where the both sides cordially discussed matters related to constant development of bilateral relations, maintaining and promoting good ties.

An official welcome home ceremony for NA President Thongsing Thammavong and his delegation was held at the NA Office in the presence of its Vice President Pany Yathotu and a number of senior officials concerned.
