Honorable professor awarded to Dean of Mongolia Agriculture University

(KPL) Laos government has awarded its honorable professor to Dr. Badayin Baiambra, Dean of Agriculture University of Mongolia for his contributions and great efforts to develop his career and co-operation with other institutes for human resource development.
Professor Dr. Bounthiem Phisamay, Minister to the Prime Minister’s office, Chairman of the Lao National University, representing Lao government and people presented the honorable professor to Mr. Badayin.
Dr. Somkiod Mannormek, Minister of Education, Dean of Lao National University, Ambassador of Mongolia to Laos and a number of senior officials was also invited to witness at the function.
The presentation of the honorable professor to Mr. Badayin was based on the decree of the Prime Minister No: 33 PM dated 17 March, 2000 on offering the high position for teacher at University and high education institute.
